Of Mice and Men...

RE: Of Mice and Men...
Wow, CL... Congratz!
You had been trying for it, you got it! Smile

[voice="Morgan Freeman"]you spoil that kid every chance you get. That's about all the advice I can give you[/voice]

The nose... well... ok, there was all that buildup for nothing... now you know what it takes. Next time, you'll do it right.
Cash is already at hand, so that'll be one less concern. Wink

Enjoy your pre-mommy time... it will never return.

But of course this is still *super* early in the pregnancy. There's a reason why one usually announces it officially only after week 12 or so - the probability of it ending spontaneously is still nonnegligible at this early stage.

WAAAAAT?!?!  Congratulations!!

I'm sorry to hear about your cancelled surgery, too, but this is awesome Big Grin

(Incidentally, you're sure it's not mine, right?  I mean, I know we did a lot of fooling around so... just checking.... Wink )

Congrats CL! I fail to see the surgical connection between a nose and a baby, but in case of conflict the later does take priority....

And don't be too disappointed about missing the appointment now, once you make it through the sleepless-zombie phase, you'll want to redo it anyway Big Grin

Very true. I am literally like 2 weeks in. My baby is smaller than the size of a peanut I think.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Cath, I'm so happy for you!
Forget the nose for now.

It's not like you're ugly or anything, lol.
Now you bring up that little heathen the proper way, you hear!
Don't go poisoning his/her mind with silly ideas!

In addition to 'Botched', don't watch 'Nip/Tuck' either.

Seriously.

And then go get the kid in pre-school (or whatever) then go get the nose done.  If baby is a boy, I think 'Cyrano' has to be on the short list of names . . .

And if a girl, (obscure reference here), Lucy.

So when the surgery was scheduled, we just stopped trying but didn't think we needed to abstain during my fertile time to avoid it. We had kinda come to the conclusion that becoming pregnant would be a difficult thing that we'd have to work on.

Go figure.

I'm going to point my finger at the "special paleo diet". You and your guy eating this and he went all caveman on you. Or you on him. BAZING!
