Based solely on the picture, it is impossible to answer. For all we know, one or both sleeve 'holes' have been sewn shut, this picture could be only the front of a shirt, or there could be holes in the back that are not visible from the front.

We should use a more holistic approach: Maybe we are seeing a hologram of a shirt, in which case this is a hole new ballgame.

In any case, I refuse to answer such unnecessarily clearly worded questions. If you'd ask about the Euler characteristic of the shirt, now that's a complicated question that makes you sound smart, but doesn't add anything new!

Considering Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle, I'm not sure we can simultaneously know how many holes there are and how fast the shirt is moving.

And realize, since it's a picture, the shirt is stationary, so that quantity is known absolutely precisely, so the number of holes would be equivalently absolutely unknowable.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
