The question did not specify an Earth year. Could be referring to a Martian year. Or a Plutonion year.

Look, you have to look at the question within the context of the answers I've provided. If it was a Luna Year (27 days) then there's no answer provided. So I can't mean I luna year. And although I did not specify an Earth year it is implicit in the question being that I'm asking about the Earth, not the Moon, and nor a Hydrogen atom.
