Not a believer, but I could certainly declare a winner, if I were so inclined.

I only speak for myself, of course.

Really?  Are you sure he didn't have his period?  I get the bit about his head up his colon, though.

This thread has been fun, full of some new and entertaining ideas, however, I had expected more of a response from the "believers" on this sub-forum.

P.S. I am going back to Area 69.

Try checking back tomorrow afternoon.
Most of the "believers" don't post much on the weekends, especially on Sundays; Probably busy with church stuff.

How soon heathens forget, eh?

Some of them do believe in alien abductions. I used to. I don't quite recall if I stopped believing in that stuff before or after I stopped believing in god, but I'm pretty sure it was before.
Verbatim from the mouth of Jesus (retranslated from a retranslation of a copy of a copy):

"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you too will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. How can you see your brother's head up his ass when your own vision is darkened by your head being even further up your ass? How can you say to your brother, 'Get your head out of your ass,' when all the time your head is up your own ass? You hypocrite! First take your head out of your own ass, and then you will see clearly who has his head up his ass and who doesn't." Matthew 7:1-5 (also Luke 6: 41-42)

Why not accept alien abductions as being a real phenomenon, at least by the "standards" of Christian belief?
Do you have a clue how far the nearest solar system is that might have intelligent life capable of building interstellar space ships?  None of them would try to reach us because it takes too long and takes too much coal.  Besides, the spaceship would have to be perfect in all aspects.   Based on human history the civilization that launched such a space ship would have died out by the time it reached Earth and their world would be completely different by the time it returned to it.
