In the case of minor details, like bridge words in the title of a thing or a quote, or the number of people in a car during an event where something way more important was happening, it's more likely that some people misremembered, and then repeated that misinformation to the point that it spread and, eventually, took prominence over the accurate version as the more used cultural meme. People are fallible.

There's something irritatingly conceited about this Mandela effect nonsense, because boiled down to its most basic argumentation, it's just: "I can't possibly be wrong about what I remember, and therefore if something in reality does not match my memory, then clearly something is wrong with the universe, and not me."

That's what I've been telling him regarding the memory part, his eyes seem to fucking skip them all over again. Or maybe I didn't write that shit in his reality, who knows.

duuuuh

and false memories can be created by other people i.e your memories can be changed by other people without you knowing it.
you kinda repeated yourself there...

Scientists even implanted false memories into subjects.
OK, still I don't see a single valid argument here, a scientist experimenting on a subject to change its memory is one thing and random people accidentally by chance change my memory to something else is a completely different thing, and not just any false memory, it's a memory I remember sharpley as much as I remember my name. and so happens that there are lots of people who agree with me on these memories exact that we all had, I know what you're going to say, we're "influencing" each other, but that's definitelyly not the case.

There you go! Shit's debunked.
This is the verbal alternative of giving yourself a clap on the back and buying a trophy to celebrate.

Stop believing everything on the fucking internet!
you sound like my mom, "those internet ppl are evil", the internet is a mirror of the world, just digital, same rules apply, if it makes sense, then i'm considering...

Why do you think it's only between 4 and 6 people. Are there only two timelines? Why don't some say 5, some say 7? Because a few thought it was 4 and influenced the memories of others and same story with 6 people.
4, because in my previous reality, it was 4
6, because in this reality it's 6
only someone like you would enter an argument holding random numbers.

oh wow, wikipedia, i'm enlightened already.

Just giving you a heads up, you csn continue the "research"
But I'm a 100% there were 5 people in the car.
How much research have you done yourself, if you're saying 5 ppl in the car, even though, in this reality it's obviously 6 ppl in the car ?
u need a link for the video ?

You either didn't understand what I said or you're being childish on purpose.

I know what you're going to say, we're "influencing" each other, but that's definitelyly not the case.
How do you know?

How much research have you done yourself, if you're saying 5 ppl in the car, even though, in this reality it's obviously 6 ppl in the car ?

You didn't even understand this part, I don't care enough to explain it to you.

This is the verbal alternative of giving yourself a clap on the back and buying a trophy to celebrate.
I was just cranky, wasn't my intention to be offensive

it's a memory I remember sharpley as much as I remember my name.
False memories are sharp. My point with the scientists is that false memories can be put into other people and it's scientific. Do you know how they put the memories into people? They talked to them. That simple. It's easy to get your memories influenced by others just by talking to them.

oh wow, wikipedia, i'm enlightened already.
It was a heads up.

you kinda repeated yourself there...
I didn't.

Look up Bartlett and the War of the Ghosts study. False memories need not be actively influenced by other people. We naturally falsely remember a lot of stuff.

RE: mandela effect
Here are some of my favourite mandela effects.

Scotland and Wales have changed size.
New Zealand, Australia, Sri Lanka, Honduras have moved to different places.
The 'tank man' in Tiananmen Square was run over by the tank.
Henry Winkler (Fonzy) died during the filming of 'The Happy Days'.
The sun is now white instead of yellow.
The human anatomy has changed, namely the rib cage, brain and intestines.

The personal stories are even funnier.
One guy is shocked to suddenly find out he is ten years older.
One guy suddenly never had kids. Three of them.
One married couple suddenly don't know each other anymore. Both changed.

I've been following this for a while and it just keeps getting crazier and crazier.
There's a lot of people who are adamant that shit is going down.
Mostly it's CERN's fault.
But some are blaming grey aliens, x-tian end times, the devil, the governments of the world and the universe is a simulation.
