What does this mean?

RE: What does this mean?
You'll probably find this is common with lots of people.
Nothing you need to do.
That's what your router is for. To block unwanted prying eyes and other brute force attacks.
Your router is doing its job.

If they can't get through, you're safe.
That's just the world we live in today unfortunately.
No God, No fear.
Know God, Know fear.

Yeah, as long as you aren't losing data, I wouldn't worry about it.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Are you referring to something called packet loss? If so, I had that problem on Thursday and double dog was aware of it and ended up switching my signal to another tower.

How would I know if my Wi Fi is secure or not? I just bought it and it has the password on the back of the modem... I haven't done anything else to secure it... is it secured by default? If I have to actually do anything to secure it I wouldn't know how to lol. I hope mine is secure.

It depends on what it is and what knobs they give you in the admin interface to tweak things.

At a bare minimum make sure you're using WPA and not WEP.
