What's sort of interesting about this, is that any year prior to this year, Hillary would be a perfectly fine candidate. But this election, she was up against Bernie, a non-millionaire ant-establishment independent populist from Vermont who funded his primary campaign without corporate help, and Donald Trump, the sort of republican anti-establishment to the point he's been disowned, who mostly self-funded his primary campaign.

Just bad luck. If she were up against Ted Cruz, or Jeb Bush, none of this stuff would be particularly effective. But contrasted with Bernie and Trump, to a group of voters ready to try something different, it hits 3x as hard.

May I just say, and I'm being completely honest, you're being a lazy dumb-fuck.  Obama never said "I got this, you all chill now".  He said "yes we can".  And we could have but not without more we.  You want change, work to throw republicans out of office.  Change out the republican state legislators while you're about it.

If all you have is a shrill whine for some sugar daddy politician to come bring you all the candy and fix everything, you're never getting served.  The problems are tough and there is no magic wand.  If Bernie had gotten in, he'd have been up against the same limits.  Being elected president isn't the same as being king or emperor.

I'm really saying anything bad he did good things and he did bad i am just tired of how things are at this point it's becoming more clear i could just leave at
any point but yeah you are right but again i don't said power over the government to do anything i just toss my vote who ever wins  i just don't plainly care anymore.
But again most people wan't change there are already vocal about they want a public option i find it ironic that some people that have social security complain about socialist ideas and that why should i pay out of my pocket for someone. If anything were better off with a public option problem is it's never going to happen or if it does it's going to be a heavily watered down version of it. But yeah again same thing with the war on drugs things like that even over incarceration is still a big issue. So yeah i can complain and be lazy because
i don't have the power that change if i did i would have.
