This info is from my guy at the farmer's market who sells his fresh eggs down there, and has done so for years. I've kept and ate unrefrigerated eggs for a few weeks with no problems at all.
As long as they're refrigerated and not fertile....

Making beef stew at the moment. I seasoned and browned about 3 pounds of chuck steak, and currently have it simmering in the oven with onions and garlic. In about half an hour I can put it back on the stove and add the potatoes and carrots.
Buttered beef ravioli and shrimp. I really need to go for groceries.

I just finished leftover marinara over rotini. You know you've done it right when it's better after some time in the fridge.

Got a recipe for lemon rice pilaf I'm about to try. When it's done I'm going to stuff it into some red peppers and bake 'em, and see what I end up with.
Just finished a bowl of muesli with yogurt instead of milk for it.
