The video doesn't produce evidence of anything. It's conclusion is built on analogy, metaphor and name dropping. I quit watching somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes where the filmmaker displayed gross ignorance of the observer effect as it relates to QM.

So, basically some scientists done experiments and proven the existance of nonlocality or they recorded that matter in tests behaves differently when observervation from human begins.
This proves "magic".
OP, you might have believergasms but Ancient Aliens might be behind all of this and not your divine God.
Still, I wont be betting on God or Aliens to become happier by becoming their servant, independance, pride and pleasure are just too sweet.

A more sober sequel might be "Our Brains vs Magical Bullshit".
It could have been an interesting discusion...but no, there will be no discussion, apprently. Leaving me precious little opportunity to ask why anyone would be surprised that our universe looks like a simulation to a creature who's perception is the organic manifestation of a simulator. To ask why it would be surprising that the universe looked like a simulation when simulations are built...wait for it...out of the stuff of the universe in the first place.
These sorts of things escape minds tied to mysticism..it seems. Neither question ends with "therefore pixies and spirit-stuff" and so neither is useful.

Man makes computers...the universe is a big processor.
Man makes holograms...the universe is holographic.
Man makes simulations in the computer....the universe is a simulation...simulating simulations in our computers. 
We certainly are projective creatures.

It's one of a quirks, I guess. A double edged sword. If we hadn't been so projective we may not have been so successful as to be sitting here asking the questions...but since we are, the questions themselves become a bit of a poisoned chalice.
