What happened to the war on ISIS?

RE: What happened to the war on ISIS?
Life in the US means 20 years.  Realistically, less. Case in point, they kept trying to parole good ole Charlie M, lol.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Do you believe me, now ?
I wrote this in 2016, now it's 2019.

Do you believe me, now?

Tactical bombing is wrong.
ISIS is no more than an American proxy, made by the help of Saudi Arabia, and it is mirroring Saudi Arabia.

Now it's official that ISIS was created by Saudi Arabia to fight the Soviets.
Soon the dirty laundry containing the U.S's involvement will also show.

Where is ISIS now? woosh; the proxy vanished.

ISIS is still around despite their fighters having been killed in large numbers over the last few years. They are greatly weakened, and it is no mystery why, nor have they, in any sense, 'vanished'.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

But 4 years of constant bombing by superpowers (+ their allies), and the proxy is still around?

I either believe you Mister Agenda and so I also believe that ISIS are superior invincible gang that came from heaven with super Godly power that makes them take the bombing of the whole world combined without ending, or believe in the elephant in the room: the superpowers fighting ISIS are not actually "fighting ISIS"; ISIS is just their excuse to be in Syria.

I would choose to believe the second opinion. With all respect to you, it makes more sense.

What makes sense is that ISIS are fighting a war where they can vanish into the local population and avoid the pummelling.

That can all end with the usual security procedures that we see anywhere in the world. Demanding ID cards is enough to identify who came in and who came out from a certain town.

But that never comes to happen with ISIS. ISIS is always 2 steps ahead of foreign and domestic military too.

Common sense points to a problem with the military fighting ISIS. Not with a secret they poses.
The Minutemen and the Cuban Guerillas preceded them in fighting wars, we never heard of the whole world fighting one guerilla faction and lose.

Ever hear of Vietnam?

Its very interesting, a lot of the world fought a guerilla faction and lost.

However, I'm also not about to start believing that ISIS isn't an actual threat from that region. The USA (and other countries) may be guilty of going overboard on accusations of Islam and all things related, but that doesn't mean that there isn't something there to worry about at all. That threat is very real. This is just another conspiracy theory that I will need mountains more evidence for me to even start tiptoeing into.

I am not a fan of bad logic, regardless of label. That region of the planet is still living further back in time both Saudi Arabia and Iran, but it isn't like North Korea is a picnic for dissenters.

Christianity, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu and Buddhism, were all started in an age of ignorance. I don't mean humans are bad, I simply am saying humans made up claims and sold those claims when they didn't have benefit of modern knowledge.

Christianity in the west also has it's own fear mongers and morons.

Nobody invented violence, humans even prior to written religion or nations were grouping and fighting each other.

ISIS is to the middle east, what Nazis were to WW2 Germany, what our KKK and Neo Nazis in America are to Christianity.

All of those groups of zealots use their respective religions to justify violence to outsiders. This willful ignorance is a global issue to greater or lesser degrees depending on geography, and generational time era.

Reading things like this constantly urges me to remind my fellow humans, that they need to consider that our actions as a species, are not caused by magic divine beings, or spirits, nor are caused by holy writings, but behaviors our species has always displayed, both good and bad.

I agree most Muslims are not terrorists. Most humans, for that matter, if it were not for the divisions the powers over them sell to keep power, most humans want peace, want to feel safe in their environments and want a means to survive.

In a very real sense, one could take a 3 year old, a 5 year old and a 2 year old from different parts of the world, with completely different backgrounds, and if the parents have not indoctrinated them going into that room, those kids would automatically form their own relationships without adult influence. Point is hate isn't born in a baby, it is sold to them by parents.

It isn't to say I don't hate myself. I do, but my "hate" isn't of my fellow humans, but hate of bad logic that leads to bad claims that powers of the world use to manipulate others into following causing needless divisions, and religion is the biggest and easiest way to play on the emotions of supporters, regardless of label.
