I'm not a bird expert and I've never thought about it that deeply.

I like powerful fast birds of prey. I like emus and ostrich because of their size and land speed and powerful legs. I like watching the behaviour of the more intelligent birds.

I find it rude to assume things, however, so I asked him the question without mentioning my assumptions to him.
