Till we get to know you, our 30/30 rule is a very fair restriction.

We've had all manner of links posted here, from babalove urdu spammers all the way to links to ransomware.

This policy protects everyone, even newcomers, from malicious links that might be posted on our site.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
