I've never gotten a good answer to... the question "Why is intelligence regularly sneered at by many of those more intellectually impoverished?"... like, why is being willingly stupid seen as cool to some of the "cool kids"/rebellious adolescents?

If this thread isn't a thread where we finish the sentence "I've never gotten a good answer to..." then we need another thread for that and we need to make it a game in off-topic.
