Depends on the flavor of catholics. The last service I attended - already an atheist for the better part of 20 years - was my mother's funeral. Also broken into two parts. The actual burial and a mass the following morning, if I'm not mistaken. There was no rosary, just a very personal sermon by the priest (never had any problem with him, by the way), a personal friend of my parents, and an ordinary service following the usual lithurgy.

Personally I've been in a church three times in the last fifteen years, each time a funeral; with the last time being six years ago of course. I'm doing my part.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Too late; rate of decline puts church death within 2 decades. Too short to bring up a new generation to take over, they'll barely be earning wages when it goes down. That's assuming the plan even works, typically this comes across as the "Hi Fellow Kids..." meme...
