She won't do it, she isn't power hungry enough.

She will after this. No one opposes Trump as much as she does. And after Hillary, she's probably the best woman for the job.

If I believed in prayer, I'd honestly pray for this.
As it is, I'll just hope so.

Would be awesome if it happened, wouldn't it? We need enough people to push her to go for it in due time.

May have to sit that one out in petulance. Purity is the new hip.
Belief .. is the insistence that the truth is what one would .. wish it to be. The believer will open his mind to the truth on the condition that it fits in with his preconceived ideas and wishes.

Faith, on the other hand, is an unreserved opening of the mind to the truth, whatever it may turn out to be.

You're not on your own, Whateverist. I'm trying to cope with this myself as well.

I feel like posting this here:

You think there's going to be another election! How terribly optimistic of you.

Trump is so unstable I don't see civilisation as we know it lasting that long.
Opinions are like arseholes.
Once somethings firmly in there its very hard to dislodge.

We have to be optimistic. We can't ever give up.

25 seat majority in the House comes first.

If it is not achieved, let Trump run unopposed in 2020, it ain't worth the expenditure of blood and treasure. The pressing need is to sanitize the party, purge the corruption and get it together enough to field good and decent candidates in 2018.
If any email controversy impacted the election, it wasn't Russian hacking of the DNC and  John Podesta's email, it was Hillary Clinton's decision to have her own email server and the subsequent FBI investigation which raised all the same  questions  Hillary Clinton has justifiably faced for decades about her trustworthiness and honesty.
