I just got lucky.  Thanks for taking it easy on me, Rhythm.

That's how long I take to make a move sometimes.
I think that's why nobody ever wants to play against me.
And because I win a lot. :-)

If you're down for a correspondence game just let me know.  I'll  send you an invite.

Yeah, well now that I've announced to everyone that I always win, I feel a slight reluctance.
I'll think about it. :-)

What's your rating on chess.com?

I'm around 1600 on bullet and blitz. Any of you guys +/- 100 points of that?

I don't know.  I've never belonged to a club, nor do I have an official rating.  Would you prefer to do an unrated game, since I don't really have a rating? Thanks for your reply.

I would absolutely LOVE to play Chess with you, Kernel--I'll make a Chess.com account sometime... if you wanna play Chess with me that would be extremely awesome.

And, as always, PM me on AF anytime.

I'm not that good at chess, I don't often have time to sit & study it closely and often have distractions. If I had time to sit down and study for a good long while I'd probably improve my game. But I get up to around 1500 on chess.com and I start losing to similarly rated players. I also haven't played in a while, so I'm sure I'm pretty rusty. But I do like playing correspondence chess at 3 or 5 days per move. No, it doesn't take me 3 or 5 days to make a move, but I like having that leeway in case I'm away from the computer for a while.

I would like to send friend requests to those here who are on chess.com if that's OK.

Thanks for your post, Doubting Thomas.  What is your username? I have the same username here but without a space.  Live long and prosper, sir.

I'd love to cross brains with you over the chess board.  Please let me know if you make an account; if you decide to, then please let me know your username and I'll shoot you a challenge, sir.

Oh I'm more than happy to.  I just asked about rating to see if anyone is around my level.
