He makes me! So, I do these yoga challenges. I started when there was this initiative to raise money to feed families. For every picture you took, this organization fed a family. Tibs would take the pictures for me because I obviously can't do both. Whenever he takes a photo, he's like "smile!" Every time you see me smiling, it's because he made me.

I tried to mimic your pose from your last set. The first was difficult. As you can see from the pic, i was wobbly and off balance. I can only hold it for like less than 5 seconds before i'm completely off balance. You make it look so easy.

Not nearly as good as yours but it was my first time trying.

Awesome job!

The last stretch is a yoga pose. It's called reverse prayer pose. I actually can't do it. I have very tight shoulders. There may be a problem in there because they hurt when I run, so shoulder stretches are out of my league. You nail it.

I can't do this one without a strap, but you might be able to manage it.

By the way, heel to toe was not easy, you did as well as I did.
