He'd been at it for awhile, properly raw. Plus, was it just me or did Princess Toadstool look played out? They're both sitting on a pile of ice.

I wouldn't know, I suppose it might be easier to conceptualize it if a person believed in a soul, a "man behind the eyes" - though the same is tossed at indirect realists from time to time.

I doubt, though, that you'd be hard pressed to find theists who were indirect realists. Anyone with a basic understanding and acceptance of biology -has- to defer to some sort of indirect realism.
But it is at least roughly what this thread is talking about? Properties inherent in the object... though this is more about abstract things like truth and morality than physical objects, but does it come under the same umbrella?

Who knows what this thread is about, lol. I thought it was about whether claims demanded evidence, and if so, why. How we could (or do) determine whether or not that statement was true.

Well tbh I didn't understand the question in the OP (but hopefully I will soon because of my course)  but it moved on to talking about 'absolute' x, y, z. So I just wondered if absolute/objective x, y, z was direct realism, regardless of whether the absolute in question was a physical or an abstract thing with inherent properties?
