Now, how the Russkis got so savvy with American elections to be able to do this, despite Hillary's decades long experience with her own and Bill's campaigns such that she wasn't able to have Podesta run a $1.2 billion campaign efficiently enough to secure those paultry areas where the Russkis focused their attack. Additionally, the Russkis somehow managed to bar Hillary from campaigning after the Democratic Convention in 33 of the 50 states! Hillary only had access to 17 states for rallies and appearances !!! The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
