Maybe all blacks aren't bad. But I, for one, am black and I am bad. In fact, I'm superbad. A bad, bold and beautiful chick. And if you don't believe that, I'm gonna get you, sucka.

Anybody who would look at my fro and think I'm a safe negro needs to be locked up themselves.

In predominantly black urban areas the police actually have a quota system for how many arrest they have to make and judges have their job performance rated on how much time they give. I don't hear anybody complaining about Affirmative Action in the criminal injustice system.

Furthermore when crime rate goes down, the number of arrest does not. If the police don't meet their quote, the politicians start saying we don't need so many cops and they start laying cops off. It's a racket that's sorta related to the number of crimes actually committed.
