cracked rib?

RE: cracked rib?
When o broke a few bones in my foot playing football as a goalie, a few minutes before that injury, I got a guy's foot stuck between my chest and arm... That was probably a cracked rib, too...
After having my foot in a cast, I asked the doc Abbott the pain on my side chest area and he just said "nothing we can do there".
So comforting...

Medically, not much can be done, it isn't bad enough to puncture my lung, so it's a put up with it till it gets better.

Poo!  Damn thing hurts!

Some portuguese like me, like to bullfight. I like to do 'pegas', meaning grabbing a bull head on. 4 broken ribs till now. Yep, it hurts.

I'm imagining a certain uncle looking down upon my discomfort and thinking "payback time, ass wipe!"

He would be the one I flipped out of the back of a pickup several years ago going over some rural railroad crossing, and breaking some of his ribs as a result . . . . .
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

I got one from coughing in 2011, but the doc said, "you should think about putting on some weight."

Can't win for losing.

To face head to head with such a proud beast is such an honor and adrenaline rush that you don't even feel a thing. At least in that day. The folowing days sure are sore.

I gained some sense. This body of mine can't take the hit as when in my teens, so I dialed down on that. Also reporting to work all mangled up the next day. It is not nuts. It is understanding bulls and precisely hug them at the right time. And hope the crew helps softening the momentum before the edge of the arena. I usually run with a good crew.

Not in any moment I mock the bull. That is why we call them by shouting "Ò toiro lindo.". They cant stand a compliment I guess.
