Here are a few standard rules that most forums have. Any suggestions for new ones?

No Spamming - Any stupid, pointless or annoying posts will be deleted immediately.
No Advertising - Any adverts in posts will be deleted immediately.
No Flaming - Any insulting or offensive spam will be deleted immediately, especially if they are aimed toward another member.
No Pornography - Any pornographic content will be deleted immediately. This includes pictures, videos and links.
Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
Trying to disrupt or disable forum activity, through any means possible, is strictly forbidden.
Access to the Admin Control Panel is strictly for Staff Members only. Attempting to gain access is strictly forbidden.
The upload of illegal or dangerous material to the site is strictly forbidden.

The key word in the flaming description is "spam". Put simply, we all have the right to call someone a "fucking moron" but you can't post something like this:

OMFG OMFG!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!111 YOU GUYS ARE ALL FUCKING HOMOS AND IDIOTS!!! OF COURSE THERE IS A GOD! HIS NAME IS JESUS AND HE MADE US ALL!!! EVERYONE HERE IS JUST DENYING HIS HOLY WORD!!! UR ALL GOING TO HELL!!!!

Except with more spelling errors and possibly more exclamation marks.

I think we should add:

Forum Rules
No slavery
No prostitution
No incest (even with cousins and half sisters)
No spontaneous or divine circumcisions
No treachery
No sacrificing of children to God
No pretending to be a Pharaoh
No wrestling with God
No touching of thighs (please!)
And finally, no coveting of a fellow forum members ass.

Failure to comply may result in public stoning, or a rain of hellfire and brimstone on your local town or village.

What if I replied to that spammer that he or she was a "Christ's Cock-Sucking Mother-Fucker?" Would that be allowed? Should I use the short form CCSMF? It's not as fun.

Try insulting their intelligence by attacking their grammar.

Once on youtube someone called me a retard however he managed to only spell 3 words correctly.

I pointed that out and the fact retard means to hold back.
