Steve Harvey Meets with Trump to Discuss Housing and Inner-city Issues

Steve Harvey Meets with Trump to Discuss Housing and Inner-city Issues
I don't know why I should expect more of Steve Harvey. He's just a comedian, but looks like he's trying to set himself up as a spokesman

http://variety.com/2017/biz/news/steve-h...201960134/
Quote:“We are going to team up and see if we can bring about some positive change in the inner cities,” Harvey told reporters, after appearing briefly with Trump after the meeting in the Trump tower lobby. “He agreed and he wants to do something.”

Come on Steve. Inner-city housing is one of the first things trump says he's going to get rid of. The only positive change he sees is a bunch of casinos and high rise hotels.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.

You have that exactly right, Rhondazvous. Steve Harvey is a just a comedian. He's good at writing his own comedy but that doesn't automatically make him an expert in any social or political issues. People tend to listen too much to celebrities anyway. I couldn't care less what a celebrity thinks about politics.

Trump is a divorce hoor magnet . . .
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Plenty of jobs for poor folks carrying billionaire's suitcases upstairs to the Trump Hotel penthouses they are going to build. Caddy jobs at the golf courses too. Good tips if you have good flattery skills.

That Donald Trump is seeking comedians advice for... anything... is worrisome.

Maybe Tyler Perry in full Madea drag can meet with Trump to discuss women's issues. If it helps Trump to stay focused, he can grab Perry's junk while they talk.

Jerry Seinfeld can meet to discuss homelessness and hunger. ("No soup for you!")

While I'm on Seinfeld, perhaps Michael Richards could drop by Trump Tower to give some hard-earned pointers on what not to say in public.

Carrot Top could advise on self-esteem issues for gingers and the pain of being orange, which could lead to an emotional break-through for the new President.

In fact, now that I think of it . . . fuck it. Trump should scrap his entire proposed Cabinet and senior advisor slate and start over with a fresh group of picks -- all comedians. If he's going to appoint clowns, at least he should choose clowns who are intentionally funny.

Obviously, that doesn't apply to Carrot Top or Perry.

I find I'm having lot of trouble caring what two bigoted, sexist, ignorant homophobes have to say to each other.

But not surprising. So many people thought Trumps was a joke, until we realized the jokes on us.

You're channeling Idiocracy so much right now and yet I would not be surprised if this happened at this point.

"idiocracy"

There you go. Trump will be the president who makes the world safe for idiocracy.

There'll be a third party, the idiocrats. Their symbol will be an ant eater plowing across the globe sucking up the little ants.
