Yes, because when a patient dies we make sure they're kept in a room for about a week (5 days in summer), "Just in case".

Yeah, but if the patient comes back they get a refund.

On the other hand, if all the patients suddenly come back there won't be anyone around to give them a refund...

Hahaha ...I can see the confusion though... Most of these people are brain dead whilst alive. A simple oversight by the doctors I'd say.
