A great way to control appetite.

For a week now I have been drinking green tea(add honey for a great taste) and my usual strong appetite was suppressed completely only after one or two cups of tea, which allowed me to eat a lot less or only what body needs and that brightened my mood a lot and added stamina.

Lets make our diet great again!

I never found caffeine suppressed my appetite. I used to abuse much stronger stimulants... those DEFINITELY suppressed my appetite though.
