Putin spokesman tries to bailout Trump

Trump Fan media is all up in arms over the fact that the same Russian ambassador who met with Trumps people also met with some of Hillary's people and this somehow proves nothing suspicious was going on during the campaign .Aside the fact that our sole source for this is Russia ( clearly trustworthy source) . Then why all the lying by the Trump camp if there was nothing going on ? And why did it take so long for the Russians to make this public . And even if it's true they met with both it doesn't mean they were not doing questionable activities with one. This seems off.

The issue never was about meeting with Russians. The issue was committing perjury in confirmation hearings.
