Hey no fair! I listened when you said it, I even PMed you about it I was so touched!

I mean, it just never lasts much because of my low self-esteem... I may be back to feeling bad about how I look in no time.......

...although so many people have complimented me now that my self-esteem is definitely improving!

It doesn't mean more from SC Thena, it's just you were like the first person (just before Losty in fact) to say I was good looking... so it's simply that more people have complimented me now and that's why I'm starting to feel even better about myself - because I know it's not just a I'm their "type" thing and a fluke, because the more people who like how I look the more it seems to confirm that maybe I am attractive after all and it's not just that some of my friends have quirky tastes

Btw SC=SteelCurtain, not Starcraft... although if he is okay with that as a nickname I'd be happy to call him Starcraft

It's a "snood" (basically a large wollen ring scarf that you figure of 8 to get around your neck snugly). I like it because I can pull it over my head like a hood when it rains. Ignore the wire coming out of it, that's just my earphones.

What's up with this dog face? My dog has a similar nose, all dogs I see now have cross with Fox Terrier, they have the pointy nose and hairs that look like beard. Is there a trend or something? It's that and beagles, there's beagles everywhere

I always thought a snood was those hair nets for women.  I own a couple for ren faires.  (aslo works for 1940's Americana costumes).  I guess this is teh modern adaptation of them!
