I come across one every few months in my yard and they're 30 cms long.
They look just like sticks and usually scare the shit out of me cause I think I'm grabbing a stick. :-)
This was a male so not as big as the females. He was about 4 to 5 cm long. Females up to 8/9 tops.

The last one I had was as long as my forearm.

My favourite cat teasing thing is too take extra long to open the door when they are getting more and more impatient.
She always gets me back by suddenly not knowing for sure whether she wants to come in or not.

Mine jumps into bed in the morning for a smooch (after breakfast and before I get up for work). After 5 minutes I just want to sleep a little longer so I cover my face with the sheet. It bites me on the head (under the sheet) when he hears "NO!.
