In fact there are still a fair amount of southerns coming to my one horse town and vice-versa. We have some people trying to act southern even though they seem to have no roots there. My town (technically a city) isn't even in the southern half of Ohio.

What is your town / city in Ohio? There's a lot of poor areas there.

About the only thing good about living here is you can get to Cleveland in an hour or so. My bro worked in Mentor for a while. Which I think is kind of a suburb of Cleveland.
Well, apparently a lot of people come here for our D-day reenactment, as you can't get from one end of the town to another when they do that.

Again so the fuck what? Some in the North were stuck in the past too? Ok so what? It is 2017, that is a long time since 1947, seems to me they got the message still far quicker. Some Ohioans want to go back in time now? NO!

I've read his posts even outside this event. It simply bothers him others are making him uncomfortable and causing cognitive dissonance. 

He cant flat out defend the South in the civil war, so now he is pointing to the idiots in the North as if that is a lagit argument.

My point is, I don't give a fuck what state you live in, there is no correct way to glorify owning other humans.
