For some reason I really love 'Amazing Grace'. I don't really know why, I just love singing it and hearing it. Also pretty much any and all Christmas songs in reference to Jesus. I may not believe in him anymore but I still love all those songs I've grown up listening to. And I'm a fan of christian-rock bands Skillet, Red, and Flyleaf. Then again their music can be interpreted in your own way since they don't directly say 'god' most of the time.
