TBH, I hope he doesn't agree to the rules and gets banned. I have no problem interacting with creationists or fundies of any type. I like to converse with those who disagree with my conclusions--the challenge helps me grow intellectually. But plagiarism has no excuse. All he had to do was cite the source. Fuck this dickhead. I sensed his dishonesty during our very first conversation. This shit merely confirms it.

Plagiarism one thing we have zero tolerance for if we catch it or it's reported. It's extremely intellectually dishonest, and quite frankly, I don't it's appropriate to expect someone else to refute a third party's words. At least one should have the decency to indicate that it is not their work so members can make an informed choice to engage a third party's work rather than the OP.

We do not have "Safe Harbor" status under the DMCA and as a matter of liability, Fair Use also applies here. Posting a work in it's entirety is not allowed, either. Excerpt, attribute, and link only as much as is necessary to support your own position.

I'm pretty sure a great many people don't read the rules when they agree to them but they agreed to them nonetheless and c'mon, this is primary school stuff.
