Other than the one I just mentioned, which isn't really an established expression, I don't have a problem with most idioms or sayings. I have learned several while living down here that amuse the hell out of me though - most from one person:
"Crazier than a shit-house rat."
"Busier than a one-armed paper hanger with a bad case of jock-itch."
"I'm fine as frog hair."
"Slower'n creepin' Jesus"
"Slower'n molasses in January"
"Bless...he's just dumber than a box a'hair!"
"Just 'cause the kittens were born under the oven don't make 'em biscuits!"
"Sexier than a rooster with his socks on."
"Old meat makes good gravy"
I'm sure I'll come up with a few more.

I prefer "ain't no snot outta my nose" or "I couldn't give two shits". Or "Sugar, my give-a-damn button broke a loooong time ago."
