The more programmers who are atheists might have something to do with the theist/I.Q. link. Many studies have shown that the higher the intelligence the more likely a person is to be atheist.

I'm bi and proud of it.
Pedophile/homosexual priests: probably the same thing as with insane psychologists -- devoting yourself to your own salvation. The pedophiles that actually end up acting on their feelings are just the ones that eventually succumb to them, the rest is too good at conditioning their selves against it.
Bisexual atheists: probably the other way around -- bisexuals are more likely to be atheist because their sexuality would conflict with various religions. Also, the same people who "become" homosexuals as atheists might very well never find out if they were adhering to a strict faith.
Even in cultures that aren't hung up on religion or any religious moral codes, homosexuality is still seen as wrong. Thus, makes me wonder if this perspective is something that is just wired in humans. Which leads me to say this: it's NOT surprising to find a high number of pedophiles or homosexuals hiding out in the church. First, it appears they sought the church to hopefully help them overcome this so-called sinful behavior. Secondly, they can hide their sexuality (if they can resist temptation) because nobody is going to question why they aren't married, blah blah blah 'cause their excuse is that they're doing God's work.
