Amigo, we see the exact same thing posted on several different forums under different names. That's bog-standard trolling. If you don't want steam-rolled, first rule, don't bullshit us. Some of us have been doing that for a half century or so and we can spot the turd on the plate almost every time. And if it's actually creamed spinach, we'll err on the side of bullshit, because that's the most like scenario.

My point exactly. On some forums I use my real name, on others I don't. But above all, the thing is that no matter what I do, I'm still a troll in the eyes of the clique. Without the cliquiness, it wouldn't matter what name I use.

And to emphasise again, a good, well run forum doesn't suspect people just because they're different or they're just there to ask lots of questions. If you think about it, that kind of suspicion says a lot more about the people and the history of a forum than it does about the newbie. If everyone is constantly suspecting newcomers, that means it's been trolled a lot, and that in turn means there's something very fundamentally wrong with the forum in the first place.

That kind of comment is destructive to the image of a forum. Without new members, all you have is stagnation. The idea is to make the place inviting, and the unfounded suspicions and triggerhappy accusations are counterproductive. If I ran a forum myself I would quickly weed out people like you as I would not want my forum ruined. Trolls can be dealt with quickly and quietly and without unnecessary drama.
