I believe the idea is that no one has ever killed anyone in the name of atheism. Yes, atheists have killed people but not because of their atheism. Whereas, so much death has been commited in the name of Religion... It is the intention that matters aswell as the act itself.

On another note, the argument of not believing in a God means there are no morals is really starting to annoy me.

I just do not see why they keep using it. It just doesn't seem to be a very good argument at all... almost pathetic in my opinion.
