Bras are weird.

Really fucking weird.

And when they aren't squeezing you like "I LOVE YOUR DEAD BODY! ": they are erotic.

So fucking weird.

I slept in one and didn't feel weird like I usually do being naked up top in bed.

And oddly comforted.

And sports bras are *not* cool. They want me dead. I barely got that thing on in the car (it took me 10 minutes to make it work...). And then I couldn't get it off. For 50 minutes. Because there were weird people around for 40 of them. And then it took me 5 minutes to get it off. And then it got stuck and I had to take my shirt off too. Which would have been really weird if anyone that wasn't a friend i would have sex with was watching.

And then I put my nice bra on again. It's a little too short... but I wore it almost all day in anchorage from when my appointment ended.

Yes, I went shopping. It was weird. I love shopping. But it was weird. It was weird because I had to go to 4 different clothing vendors to find a bra small enough for me that was somewhat stately (black or white). Lots of pink and dotted and striped and weird nonsense... and I don't know why anyone would wear them. Have they no self-respect? Weirdos. I finally found 3 varieties in the Old Navy. Panties too. Haven't tried them yet (washing them first).

I imagine they will be weird. But not as weird as bras. Did I mention the bra I like is erotic? Totally weirded me out to have what amounted to a mild sex toy on my chest in public... but I adapted by being weird and smiling all the time. But then I do that anyway. I'm weird.

I have the most gorgeous chess set in the world now. My gods but it is beautiful. I don't even want to touch it it is so pretty.

And I am amazing enough to be given first-degree data on where to find things and what to do to another woman when the time comes. Which I suppose is kind of weird. I am awesome though, and I don't care what any of you has to say to the contrary

Because I have a bra. And I'm wearing a bra. And I like my bra. And I'm going to buy more of this type of bra on the 15th if I can, and the 29th if I can't. And when I got to the beach cabin 4 hours before 'go time', I slid into bed next to a sleeping boyfriend... said "yes, I have a bra on", and was immediately fondled in incredulity.

What's weird is that I could sleep with it comfortably after wearing it only part of a day. I think I'm in love with a bra.

Now to wash them so I can wear them without store-germs. And fuck anyone that has a problem with me enjoying my new clothes.

I fished with bra on and didn't get bra dirty ^_^ Because it was under 8 layers of other clothes including a raincoat, life jacket, sweater, 3 shirts, rainpants, and chest waders. Chest waders with a leak on the right leg somewhere. Which got my right leg incredibly wet. And it was cold of course, with a south wind. And rain. Lots of rain. More rain than there should have been. Did not enjoy that much.

Anyway... I agree 100% that sports bra is evil work of a god who shall not be named (it's Larry).

It's kind of funny that in the other stores, the store people always asked about the recipient... and in Old Navy, although I talked to 3 different store people: not one of them asked a question about the clothes laden in my arms ^_^ I hope I sized my new underwear right

I level semi-flat areas into flat areas for above ground pools. Everything is dirty, including my ear drums.
