I don't know if I'll get on Google+. It's no fun if you don't have completely random strangers asking to be your friend and religious family members continually making posts about how great God is.

Not posting my Google+ link, but if you friend several of the mods and admins, you'll find me.

Simple - file them under a circle you create as 'Nutjobs'. Then put everyone who isn't a nutjob in the 'Not Nutjobs' circle and whatever additional circles to subcategorize them as (family, friends, ents). The just keep your stream on the left toolbar on 'Not Nutjobs'. Finally, people can add YOU to see stuff you post publicly, but that doesn't force you to add them to your circle. If you have to, try the strategy I've outlined above.  RE: Google+

I've only been there for a couple of days, but I already dig the 'Circles" idea... a lot. I have people on Facebook that post daily bible quotes or constantly ask for prayers. I leave them be, as they are actual friends, family, or family friends. That's also why I have never gone searching to add people from here to Facebook.
G+ Circles solves that problem beautifully. I have an Atheist Forums Circle, so anyone here that wants to add me can feel free.

 So I made some circles. And nobody else knows what they are. But they are awesome. Because I can group you in my (fictional*) 'idiots' group. And you won't even know that I'm insulting you XD And then I can send stuff to the idiots if I feel like it, and they'll just think they were privileged with most of what I post XD I love it. *The real group name was 'simpletons'

I just thought I'd let people know, if you are adding me on Google+, put your forum username in your introduction (or some other public place) so that I can actually recognize you. Currently I have a load of requests from random people who I don't know, and I have a sneaky suspicion they are forum members
