My friend spotted this in a London paper:

It always used to annoy me as a kid whenever playing Duke Nukem 3D or DOOM that my character's health could jump up from 100% to 200%, so what my maximum isn't 100 percentage? I'm actually only at half my full health after all?
 I'll probably never know who the hell is responsible for this nonsensical trend.
