Our family has unanimously drawn up 'pull-the-plug papers'. We are a combination of theists, agnostics, and atheists. And yes, we have have applied it several times. The "quality of life" is important to all of us.

Simply, if there is a god, they are off to a better place, if there is no god, it makes no difference.
