Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence - Carl Sagan
Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity. Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist. You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them. |

RE: Planning a Trip to London
It's good to know that someone who doesn't live in England is going to London before someone who does
I really should go. I would say the Tower of London, The Tate Gallery, The National History Museum, and if you bow down to the Queen on a regular basis, then Buckingham Palace. Buckingham Palace hasn't really interested me, because I'm not interested in the Royal Family. But definitely the Tate Gallery. |

If you want to fit in then make sure you moan about the weather at least three times a day; then we will think that you are ONE OF US. We'll supply the crumpets and tea. |

I said I'd conquer it, not that I'd live there. I'm dragging a few of you pretty ones back to the gorgeous south here with me

Um, obviously.
http://www.alnwickgarden.com/ I've never been, but the Poison Garden there is quite famous. It's quite a trip from London, but you could make it a day and a half. |

Natural History Museum. British Museum. If you like art, the Victoria and Albert Museum. Do at least two of these. I will show you historic Winchester, which is a beautiful place.

The south isn't gorgeous anyway. Don't listen to her.
