Can i make my own gif signature with an img code? if so, How? i'v tried several codes and none of them worked.

You just upload the gif - it has to meet the requirements for size is all. No code needed.

I am still lost about this. Upload the gif "how?" And after it is uploaded, how do I put it in the signature?

I guess I need a "how-to" set of instructions for a person that starts with "select the power button on your computer to ON." Well, maybe not that basic, but pretty basic.

1) Upload your image to a image host on the web. I'd recommend http://imgur.com.

2) Copy the URL of the uploaded image.

3) Paste the URL in between two [img] tags, like so:

[img]http://imgur.com/example[/img]

4) Lie back and think of England.

1.) goto http://atheistforums.org/usercp.php

2.) Click "Change Avatar" in the left menu

3.) Upload Avatar > Browse button

4.) Select image file (Maximum dimensions: 150x150 pixels. Maximum file size 100 KB.)

Animated Gif's are just .gif's and are allowed image types. There seems to be an auto resize function now to resize big images, so you don't even need to worry about that now..
