I've had it today too. I thought it was self explanatory.

Also having trouble the layout of my posts on this and another forum.Eg no paragraphs and quote function not working.

Currently doing a full system scan for malware

Didn't consider another DOS attack

The server issues that message if it reaches a server load of 4.0 or more. Typically our server load is around 0.3, so this would mean the server is processing a lot more information than it usually does. That said, if it's been getting worse, I'll take a look into it. It could be the MySQL database needs to be configured better.
