It is not the person (victims)'s fault. That person wont have any idea as to what has happened in the past. Yes it is an intangible force the person has brought with them.

Rape was just an example sir. I cannot get over the fact that some innocent person would be raped by coincidence. That is a horrible thing. And no they don't deserve it.
