I’d settle for a movie where Miley literally goes and fucks herself. Hannah wig optional; if Disney wants to claim copyright over that, it’s their loss.
The difference between Miley and her father is that Miley has some talent.

I'm not sure if it's any better artistically. It's a more or less exact copy done by one of his students and it's just better preserved.

When it's more or less an exact copy AND it's better preserved, what real edge does the original have on it besides fame and actually having a name attached to it?

I didn’t claim either one had an edge. I said I’m not sure if it’s better artistically. ‘Better’ is a very problematic term when it comes to art. Gun to my head, though, I’d probably pick the Prado.

We are now in one of the two even-more-absurd-than-usual weeks of the year where the answer to the question "Is it Daylight Savings?" depends on where you live. Since 2007, the US and Canada have been observing DST for an extra week on each end of the calendar, doing nothing but ensuring that they're out of step with everybody else who uses this already absurd system. For Europe, the clocks fell back this morning, but the US and Canada will keep theirs set forward until next Sunday at 2 AM.
Could somebody please take this non-standard standard out into a field with a gun and do the only merciful thing?

First of all, the original IS the original and not a copy -- Leonardo created an original composition. Second, there are many subtleties in the original which are not present in the copy.
For instance, per Google: "Sfumato is a painting technique for creating soft, hazy transitions between colors and tones, eliminating harsh lines to achieve a "smoky" or "blurred" effect. It was famously used by Leonardo da Vinci to add realism and atmospheric depth, particularly in facial features and landscapes, as seen in the Mona Lisa. The technique involves using thin, transparent layers of paint, often blended with a dry brush, to mimic how the human eye perceives soft gradations of light and shadow."

2029 will mark the one-hundred year anniversary since The Great Depression.
I theorize it'll hit again before 2029.

But they won't call it that. It'll something like 'The Great Recession II'. Recessions are pesky, depressions scare people.

what is even the purpose of the hair dye at this point?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Russian finance ministers have come up with a better euphemism. It's not a depression or a recession and it certainly can't be a collapse. People just aren't spending much money.
