One thing I hate about the human language.

I have long since never understood calling some food prep "fried" because that sounds more like "fire" than actually being boiled in oil. Conversely if you turn up your oven all the way up they call it "Broiled", which has the letters "oil" in it.
When I was a kid, this confused me. I think if you are going to call something "fried" it is closer to fire than being boiled in oil.

What is this 'human language' of which you speak?

Highly confusing.
I understand it all now. While the majority of us were conversing in English (in some fashion or another) you have your own language. The Human Language.

I understand, I think. It's like how people live in a house, which sounds like 'mouse', but I've never known a mouse to come equipped with a kitchen. Also, why do we have a 'living' room? Does that mean that particular room is alive, and all the other ones are dead, or that we shouldn't be alive if we go into any other rooms?

How does "fry" not seem to relate to "fire" and how does "broil" not seem to relate to heated oil?
How do you refer to yourself as either Rational or Poet?
