And once again - tried and convicted by the media........

Well, tried and convicted by the media and the New York Attorney General's office. And everything I've read tells me that AG Offices tend to have a far higher burden of proof than traditional media, let alone social media.

So were not suppose to take the accused own words into account unless it's in a trial? and were not to take multiple people's opinions into account unless it's in a trial? Were the jury members there? Was the Judge there? I'm getting mixed standards here.

And I take it we're not even trusting the New York Attorney General's office, which released a lengthy report into the matter and, after managing to scour 74,000 documents and interviewing 179 people (and 41 of them did so under oath, see page 18 of the report linked) found the allegations to be extremely credible?
