PSA - Clarification of rule #3 on doxxing.

3. Doxing is not allowed.
Use of your real name as a user name, in posts, signatures, bios, etc. is not considered doxxing when used by another forum member. Doxxing is when a person's identity is revealed by someone else without consent.

Or another way: staff cannot action against a member for using publicly, another member’s real name if that member has already publicly disclosed the information themselves. Even if there are regrets.
