That is a very interesting article. I think we had a thread a while back where we discussed our nightmares and dreams. I've had these experiences of sleep paralysis combined with nightmares off and all most of my life, beginning, I think, when I was an adolescent. They don't happen often, but when they do, they are usually very frightening. Fortunately, one hasn't killed me yet.
