I realise that copy journalists are not necessarily founts of authoritative knowledge, however it's rather striking how the "apparent discovery" solidifies into the genuine article by the second paragraph. On such slippery language the apologist rumour mill turns...

Article never says they found a body or an ossuary of any sort. Secondly the entrance does not look like its been disturbed. This is just more fundamental christian archeological BS.....forgery is huge part of christianity.

Agreed, which brings up the enormous elephant in the room: if there actually was any genuine evidence to be found in support of the historical existence of these characters, why would anyone need to forge some?

(I think my grammar is sound in that little lot.)
