Furthermore, the OP cites specifically that 90% of the WORLD believes in god. And not just any god. Not just "A god", but god. So really, I'm still waiting for a satisfactory answer to my question.

Surveys don't work like that. You can't yet ask all people. But such statistics do have margins of errors, you know. It's pretty reliable science, anyway.

Sounds to me like you're splitting hairs and refusing to read between the lines. More or less, he's right. A majority of people are idiots, if I may borrow Min's charisma for a moment.
